Paint Shop Photo Pro X3 Crash

In Smart Photo Fix effect, Paint Shop Photo Pro X3 13.0.0..253 (patched) crashed instead of rendering effect. Two application events were logged:

What is wrong here? The machine is Win XP Pro with 4GB RAM and 500+ GB disk free. I did not expect this from brand new release of PSP. :cry:

Thank you, but, no, it's not too much RAM causing this problem. Win XP recognizes 3.25 GB (expected) of the 4 GB and the post your refer to is only about folks not seeing the expected amount of RAM over 3.0 GB in Win XP x86 (32 bit) anyway. I ask again, has anyone else had this particular crash with PSP X3? If so, have you been able to identify a cause and solution?

Go to File > Preferences > Reset Preferences and select the 4th and 5th options to reset dialogue positions and last used settings and to delete cache files.
