transfer trimmed clips from ProX3 to ProX2

Post by robspa48 »

Hi, having experienced enormous problems when rendering a AVCHD project in ProX3, I would like to try rendering the same project in ProX2. Since it´s not possible to open a ProX3 project in ProX2, is there any means of transferring to prox2 all the clips that were trimmed in prox3?
In other words, how can i save trimmed clips in prox3 and import them in prox2?
Thanks

Actually, when you save the project in X3, there is an option in the dialog window to select X2 compatible project file type.

Select File > Save As and to the immediate right of the little box where you put the project name, there is a drop-down arrow which offers the choice of X3, X2 or VS11 format.

Thanks to both of you; I couldn´t initially find myself the solution due to the bad translation of the different choices in the drop-down arrow of the Save as menu (I have the french version) which made the choice hardly understandable.
