DVD Menu, text & HLI_1 scatter when opening in MF6

This is actually a two part question.
1. I created a 9:16 DVD Menu from scratch PIX3 . The problem I have is, when I export the DVD to MF6 and then open the template, all of the text and highlighted images are arrange differently. They are completely scatter around. and have to re-arrange the text and highlight images.

2. I like for an Image to appear when TEXT_1 is selected with out Highlight. I have HLI_1 in the DVD MENU, but cannot figure out how to remove the highlight. The small Image(HLI_1) appears next to the Text and it has multiple colors. When it gets highlighted the only thing that appears is a profile of the image and not the original file.
