Hi
You appear to have duplicated this post, I have deleted the second.
Can you fill in your Profile to include your ‘pc spec’, then we may be able to comment on your “weak computer”
We need a little more info regarding your video and project settings.

Hi Adler
Sorry for the language barrier, there are others on the forum with a greater knowledge,
Hopefully they will help, but which language?
I will try.
1 / Which version of Video Studio are you using?
2 / System requirements for X3 from the Corel web site
http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite/ ... bview=tab4
System requirement details for VS 11 can be found in the user manual.
3 / Belarc Advisor http://www.belarc.com/
This will scan and show your pc specifications.
The web site seems to support German, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
4 / What type of video are you using? Dv-Avi---Mpeg---HD-AVCHD?????????
Right click a clip in the timeline and select properties?
5 / after completing the editing do you create a video file.
Share Create Video File
Or
Share Create Disc?
Which option do you use?

Re: vs compared to..
Adler, you have already been given a link to Corel's recommended computer specs. What more do you want? Whose recommendation do you want? My recommendation for video editing is the biggest and fastest you can afford. But as you can see from my specs I have neither, but my machine keeps churning out videos, albeit I am sure at a much slower pace than what an i7 would produce.
As for comparing VS to Premier or Avid I think you are comparing apples to oranges. VS is a consumer grade product. Premier and Avid are aimed at the professional, and their prices reflect that. Now that is not to say you can't make money using VS. I'm sure Picasso could have made some beautiful art using finger paints.

Thanks for you post..
When i have given the link it was named "requirements" so i didn't even looked so i'm sorry beacuse i asked for most recommended from you the specialist.. i believe that in some level there is no diffrant or it is meaningless and this is what i'm looking for..
whan i ask about the compare to premier or avid i ment in what why it is expressed or in another words is there something i can not do with VSPro X3 .. sorry for my innocence but this is where i stand with my limited knowledge..
anyway please, i'm having a lot of difficulty to express myself in english and in a subjuct that is new to me.. so if you can try to understand me after all and give me a little guidance in this world of edit i will be very thankfull
with all gratitude

Re: vs compared to..
Adler,
If you're going to be editing Hi-Definition video (AVCHD) for example, you will need at the minimum a decent duo-core processor, and preferably a quad-core. What make, model, ect., differs from person to person.
When using products like Premiere, Avid, or Final Cut Pro to make comparisons to VS, it is like comparing a Cadillac, Mercedes-Benz, or Bentley to a Ford. Of course those Pro-grade programs are going to do much more, they should since you are paying many times more for them. Prior to Corel purchasing Ulead (which is where VideoStudio originates), there was a big-brother program to VS, called MediaStudio Pro. It could and still can do things that VS simply can not, however it cost much more.
With VS and some creative thinking, we have found ways to do things that we first thought could not be done. Some of these can be found in our Tutorials Forums.

My computer specs should be just enough to do video editing.
