Video Studio Pro X3 upgrade from 13.6. 272 to 13.6.367

It's already out but where is the upgrade in the Corel Website ?
Does anybody know about this ? It's there for sure but where and why is it not available for us. We paid for it and we only hear it's out for new clients.
Do we have to pay again or is the Corel Website administrator sleeping.

You can only update through X3's built-in update.
Click on the Corel Guide icon in the top right corner of advance edit window ("Help and Product Information").
After opening the Corel Guide window, click on the top right blue cog wheel icon.
Select "Check for update".

Thank you very much for your advise but what if it says every time i ask to check for updates and it gives me the message.
"There are no updates available at this time"
I checked since yesterday morning until today for a bunch of times and it keep saying the same.
Many of us has claimed that they never and ever see the GET MORE info and I have also the same problem here.
I never see that section either.

Yes I did, but it's not only me having this issue. It's half of all the Corel Video Studio users having this issue just like me.
They ask me to reinstall my program,but why should I if I have a bunch of other pl;igins installed and have to install all again.
Too many to reinstall again and what if it does not work again ????
They told me that very soon they will give me a link to their private FTP to install the update.
I am still waiting for that to happen.

Time ago I got from Corel a donwload link for a VS X3 patch.
After reading this post, I checked the SW version and I can see it is 13.6.262...
Is there another patch available to bring the version to 13.6.367... ?

Finally the update and finally I can see the Get More TAB and finally I can get updates within the program.
Now let's see if the program itself has mpt change the performance of Blue ray files.

My program still reads 272 and the update page shows no updates. Since the patch is only useable by people who own the program, could someone please post an ftp link here so we can update our software?

I'm not aware of any patch that changes the version number to 13.6.367. I recall with VS X2, there were some discrepancies with version numbers.

The only way to get an FTP link is directly from Corel Support. Sometime ago I brought this to Corel's attention, however as you can see no download link on their website, and they did not provide me with one.

Please check that your firewall and/or anti-virus programs has an exception for VideoStudio.
Most of the problems associated with the Do More/Get more system are related to this.

I got this update through check updates as soon as I first installed the program.
A 6.89MB file called "VSProX3_Patch.exe" was downloaded through the updater.

That isn't the problem. My system had an exception for VideoStudio, the only way I could get the get more/do more to work was by changing the date on the system clock a couple of times and rebooting, and then changing the date back to the current date after their update system woke up.

Not that it really matters much anyway, since most of the stuff it downloads goes off into a black hole somewhere. The only things that are useable from the getmore/domore (or getless as I choose to think of it) are some extra title animations and the alternate authoring program. All the other stuff is apparently being installed in directories the program doesn't recognize and consequently is useless (worse than useless actually, since you don't know where it is and so can't even free up the disc space short or re-installing everything.

I checked my versions on my laptop and desktop both are showing 13.6.0.272
I was made aware by Corel that a patch will be coming out in a few months time but have not been told one is out now.
So where did this information about a patch for 13.6.367 originate from?
Has anyone actually got it or is it just a myth?

Mine is also 13.6.0.272, and I just checked and it said there were no updates available. Could the 13.6.367 be the MovieFactory update?
