Help with Chapters

hello everyone,

I have just downloaded the trial version of VS Pro x3 and I am finding it fairly straight forward at the moment however, I am having a problem with chapters and i would be realy grateful for some help. I am editing my M2TS files and saving them to my PS3 to watch which works just fine but I cannot see a way to create a menu for chapters. Now I know this can be done in DVD Factory but then U am not able to save to Hard drive as there only seems to be an option to save to DVD (Which kinda makes sense).

Can anyone tell me, therefore, how to add chapters and a relevant menu to show the chapters when saving to file in AVCHD format?

I hope someone can shed some light on this as i cannot see anything in the help files.
