Post by cfmiT »

Newbie here: Just back from a trip to London and I tried to capture my footage from both sides of my Double Sided TDK 2.8GB disks we will call them.

Disc in question FINALIZED and used in Corel Video Studio X2

Side A and Side B...

Side A No problems with Capture>Import Digital Media>Import> (Import not grayed out) Imports data no probs...whereas,

Side B Problems...Capture>Import Digital Media>Import> (Import not grayed out) RETURNS...

Failed to read DVD information.

try dvd decrypter http://dvddecrypter.org.uk/ to see if it can get the files off teh disc onto your hard drive adn tehn import them.
Chances are the disc is corrupted and VS cannot get the files off.

Corected link, my typing had got the next word on the end of the link address :)
