How to zoom into a movie clip?

I would like to zooming into a movie clip for the purpose of cropping the video. How do i do this? If anyone could help me by providing detailed instructions, that would be most helpful.

There are a number of ways to do this but the easiest two are
1. The Cropping Filter
2. The Video Pan and Zoom Filter.

You did not say which version of VideoStudio you have but they are all similar to this:
