dll error when opening PictureShow4

Hi- This is the first time I've tried to use Pictureshow 4 since updating to Vista. A simple "dll error" box pops up with no other info available when I try to open the program. I've tried registry fixers. No luck. Any advice?? Thanks! Bonnie
