adjust audio level for all the time line

Hi All,

How do I adjust the audio level for all the video track time line.

I can do it clip by clip using the the little hand symbol on the level line but that is tedious. For some reason the volume slider in the Surround Sound Mixer doe not do anything. The level meters do nothing. Is this a bug?
