Bought a new camera and it came with Paint Shop Pro Photo X2. I've installed & uninstalled & then re-installed. When I try to launch, this error message comes up: Could not load command library 'CMDBASE1'. Unable to retrieve command 'Eyedropper'. The library could not be found, or the associated resources could not be found, or versions did not match.
Any suggestions? I've searched Corel's knowledge base & this forum for answers but unable to find any.

Re: PSP X2 won't launch
Try this:
1. Uninstall PSP X2
2. Try doing an installation using what is termed a clean installation of Windows.
On the [Start] Menu - Run type
MSCONFIG
now untick Load System Services
untick Load Startup Items
Make sure that use original boot configuration IS ticked.
Restart the computer and try and install the software again.
When you have finished you need to return the computer back to its normal state by reversing the above changes made to MSCONFIG
