Does X3 come with the same NewBlue film effects as 12

Greetings,

I am debating the upgrade and wanted to know if X3 comes with the NewBlue Film Bundle (Film Express, etc.) that was free with 12? Thanks in advance!

Most of the NewBlu FX that comes with X3 are different than what comes with X2. But you can simply copy the .vfx files from X2 and paste them into X3.

And the easy way to do that is as set out in this link
But substitute vfx for vft (in fact you can do both those directories)
