VIdeo Filters on VIdeo StudioProx2 have disappeared

I have used the Video Studio Prox2 for about 12months during the course of which I have a number of problems that I have usuall resolved by unistalling and reinstalling the software. Recntly whilst in the course of editing the video filters compleletly vanished from the drop down list. I have unistalled and reinstalled the software along with the latest patches but the probem still remains.
Can anyone throw anylight on this problem
