I tried unchecking it and all images then load @ 100%

Yes, this way we can isolate that the issue was not fixed with the updates that was released. Do let us know what happens. Thanks!LeviFiction wrote:According to Simone, this was reported as a bug 2 months ago, the second patch came out before that. So probably not all that useful for this particular problem. But it is always a good idea to keep the software up to date.
And its a very sad reflection of the current state of PSP that bugs reported 2 months ago haven't been fixed. Bugs go unfixed and new releases are infested with a new batch. Patches are promised, and never arrive, or are charged for, or if they do arrive, fix too little too late.Simone Corel UK wrote:This has been reported as bug 2 months ago.The first image I open sets the zoom factor to 24% but every other image automatically opens at 100% from there.
I did find one or two fixed in SP2, but most of the ones that I've reported, as well as a few major problems that others have reported, haven't been fixed. (A couple of these were first reported within a week or two of X3's release in January).Simone Corel UK wrote: After SP 2 came out, I tested my reported bugs ( I found most of them here and thanks for letting us know) and they are solved.
I know we digress from the original subject, but I would like to emphasise the frustration that TKinter does not work.Tim Morrison wrote:I did find one or two fixed in SP2, but most of the ones that I've reported, as well as a few major problems that others have reported, haven't been fixed. Three of these make PSPP X3 unusable for me. [snip other two]SP2 was released over three months ago, but there are still lots of outstanding bugs both large and small.
- Scripts that use the Tkinter part of Python don't work. This is every script that offers user choices during its run.
Not your fault I know, and please don't think we don't appreciate your great contributions to this group.
This particular issue of Photos loading @ 100% does not occur for me when I try as Tim suggests.Tim Morrison wrote:I did find one or two fixed in SP2, but most of the ones that I've reported, as well as a few major problems that others have reported, haven't been fixed. - If I open an image while PSPP X3 is closed, or from File > Open within X3, the image opens in a window within the workspace. If I open the image while X3 is already open, for instance by transferring it from another program or by double clicking on it in Windows Explorer, the image opens maximised. I regularly transfer images from a raw editor or an image browser because of PSP's shortcomings in those areas. The first time this causes X3 to open and the image is in the windowed view that I prefer, that I have set in the program preferences and which has been the PSP default in all previous versions. The second time, with X3 already open, the image is maximised, which I don't want and gets in the way if I'm working with more than one image.
If a user prefers tabbed images a similar problem occurs... the first opened image is tabbed, but the second often opens in a weird mode half way between tabbed and maximised and with some of the window controls either missing or inactive. (Reported by me on March 18th).

I use Tabbed Images and load from a raw editor (Canon's DPP) or an image browser (ZoomBrowser)
and all images are sized correctly and not maximised.
I must be lucky

I'm pleased to see that you like Corel software, but please don't write to others that you would work for the Corel support. There is no support in Riyadh, KSA. Please take out that part in your footer line.
