Just installed the patch update for Video Studio 11 plus, but then when I went to open my program, my entire Library is gone!!!
It was a very large Library for a project I was working on - is there any way to get it back?
Thank you for any help you can provide.

Was it a custom library? If so, the patch must have reverted everything back to defaults. The only way to get it back is to create it again and import the clips from where they are residing on your pc.

Re: Video Studio 11Plus - Patch Update - Library Missing
Hi Jeff, Thank you for such a quick response.
Custom Library? It was a library that I created from the orig project I started and soooo many folders inside and will take an extremely long time to recreate it. I even tried to look up on Corel prior to updating the patch to see if it was going to change anything, but did not locate info.

Re: Video Studio 11Plus - Patch Update - Library Missing
Sadly it is always possible when installing updates/patches, for files to be replaced, including the *.DAT files.
The following files should be backed-up, copied to another location on your system prior to installing updates. They are found on PCs running WinXP in the C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name Here\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio\Version # (9.0, 10.0, 11.0)
necessary to back those up.
Have you tried doing a System Restore, restoring your system back to a time before you installed the update? I'm not sure, if it will work, but you might be able to then back up those DAT files, then restore it back to a current time, or just reinstall the update.
