It IS the Bill106.exe Virus.
Removal instructions for anyone already infected:
1. Delete the file
C:\windows\bill106.exe.
2. Open windows registry and navigate toHKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVer...sion\Run
and delete the entry relating
to bill106.exe
3. Empty your recycle bin
4. Delete your browsers
cache / temporary files
5. Do a System Restore
