Hi, I am using PSPX2 with Vista,
Quite a few of my plugins are not working & I was wondering if it is a problem with PSPX2 , Are there only certain plugins that are compatible with PSPX2, for example these ones will not load, My paint shop just crases when I try to load them AAAFilters,Photo Effex, Name Supressed etc.
Your help is greatly appreciated,
Thanks alot,
Sherry

I had a similar problem with PSPX2 and the 2DHyperClouds plugin. On X3 both the hyperclouds and the AAA filters you pointed to work without a hitch. I no longer have X2 on my system to test them there.
In order to get the plugins to work without a hitch, as I'm assuming they use something like Filter Factory or Filter Meister, I had to download two DLLs and put them into my system 32 folder.
I admit not the best solution. But it's the only one I've got. Hopefully someone here can suggest a better option. Plugin Commander might help, then again it might not.

I suggest trying that first before downloading extra files that require you to put stuff in your system32 folder. I won't even provide a link to it because I'm not sure how much I trust it.

I have some AAA filters from way back (psp7) they all work in all version's of PSP that are on my computer from 8 to X3 (no X1) I also have photoeffex background blur and scanline both work
If loading them crashes PSP try moving them to a new location then adding that to psp's file locations after checking there folders to see if anything in there does not look as if it belongs such as a stray 8Bf from some other maker
