Someone Please Help Strange Error!

when i try to burn my slideshow to a disc (i have tried dvd, vcd, and svcd) it will begin the proccess of "Creating Disc Image File" but before it even starts writing to the disc i get an error saying " Fail to build the disc image file.(13)"
it then gives error information

Any help or information that could be given for this error would be greatly appreciated!

I would try installing the latest version of your video drivers. That worked for me.
