Transition between 2 titles

How can I make a transition between 2 titles?
A.A.'s Ulead/Corel software:VideoStudio X4, PhotoImpact X3, PaintShop Pro X3, PaintShop Photo Express 2010.

You could render each title to it's own video file, then put them in your project on an overlay track and overlap them.

Thanks for the tip.

I will need to render the titles to video. fils then I can then apply a transition.
