Why don't you follow my suggestion?
I also got no GetMore... so, instead of waiting forever, I just directly ask Corel support online.
The day after I got the download link for DVDMF7 SE, installed, and ready to be used.

Lets see.. I am sure I mentioned this before but....

Logged into Corel either Aust or US on either IE or Firefox....

Go to ask a question...

Result is a blank page!!

I have also tried this using a Virtual machine with Windows XP installed running VMWare Workstation.

You have to create an account first or to sign in in order to ask a question to the Corel team.
I asked them a direct link to DMF7 yesterday to be able to reinstall smoothly and fast. No answer yet, but it's only one day.

For what it is worth I too have tried resetting my firewall after the 'get more' tab disappeared, and my do more tab and did not produce anything like bobsimoneau described. I am now trying teleoma's option of a direct question although that took three attempts before success in submitting. Like the program itself, it is certainly a magical mystery tour .

At the moment I am unable to access the leave a question area to Corel and dont believe we should all have to individually ask for for the software to be made available.

I will not be uninstalling and re-installing just to see if COREL can detect my X3 has been installed.

If the content is not available via GET MORE or DO MORE then I should be able to download drom the Corel Website!!

Maybe if everybody asks overwhelming their CTM support group, finally somebody out there will undrestand that this Get More solution is quite buggy

Btw, today I got also an "unrequested" email containing another download link to DVDMF7SE.
What is strange is that the .exe file is named: DMF7SEforVSX3.exe
I do not remember that the .exe file I got 2 days ago from the website CTM support is renamed xxxforVSX3.exe.
Later on I will check if it is the same .exe file that I donwloaded from the CTM support answer or is something different...

I finally found where DMF7 was downloaded: C:\ProgramData\Corel\Downloads\540228697_517034\1268153541522
Just have to seek for directory created on 10-4-2010.
The file is called: DMF7SEforVSX3.exe.

Given that we are only in March, the third month, a date in April seems rather strange...

Ken, I had to set the system date to 10 april to be able to get the "DoMore"tab showing the DMF7 link.
The directory created by VSX3 when downloading the file had and kept this date, event after resetting the system date.

PS: I got today the answer of the Corelteam regarding my request of a direct link to DMF7. It was the links to the "getmore"links on the knowledgebase and not what I asked for, a link to DMF7.

Pleased to report successful install of DMF7se yesterday via link from Corel Support. Had tried all suggestions in this thread, none worked. In my support request asked for new authoring update for X3; mentioned that it had been given to others who also had trouble getting it via do more; and listed customer pin, order # and details, registration date and serial #.

My thanks and greatest appreciation to all the Forum's contributors -- and especially its tireless and clear sighted moderators -- for making it work.
