Re: New authoring module for X3
DWZ files are project files, not video files, much like VSP files are VS's project files. To insert video files into DVD MF, you need to use that command/icon, which is found on the 2nd page. You start out with a new project, and you specify what type of project format (CD, DVD, or Blu-ray). Then you click Next, and on that page, you click on the Add video files icon (2nd from the left). It will then allow you to browse your system for video files.

KEN
Found the problem/bug.
If I uncheck the "motion" option for the menu screen, I will always get the error.
Defenetly a bug here, as another guy found this earlier in another thread.

Yes, I remember the other guy's post on this. It's curious since there was a similar bug -- or it seemed to be a bug to a significant number of users, including myself -- in VS11.5+, I think it was, where things stopped working if you had motion menus enabled. In other words, the reverse of your situation.

Re: New authoring module for X3
Sorry, you're absolutely right. But I put here out of frustration, not being able to find where to post my question on a new subject. I'm away each year for almost half a year in India and Burma... so I come back a little forgetful of such things. If you will kindly show me where to post this kind of question I will gladly cooperate. Regards, Mike

Near the top left of the forum, between the MovieFactory 7 SE forum and the Announcements, is a button that says NEW TOPIC.
