Usually it has a list of fixes either in the update message or on the page. But I don't see one...so are you just asking what they intend to fix or do you actually see an update?

No, The program just did an update to version 13.0.0.253 but there is no message as to what was fixed.

One thing I can tell you is that the Thumbnails problem was not fixed :(

Odd. Mine won't update and did not do any updates so I have no clue. Though I should remove the Exif fix sometime. If that's one of the fixes then no more need for the beta. And I won't know if it gets fixed if it's already working by the time an update comes.

The update file overwrote the Exif (fix) file with one dated 3-10-2010.

Awesome. Now I just have to wait for Corel to allow me to update. *sigh*

Okay technically I don't need it since PSP is pretty stable on my system. But still I like the updates.

Yes I did a manual update. I'm not so silly I wouldn't try that. :D

But I went to the help menu and told it to check for updates instead of using the Corel Guide.

Used the Corel Guide just a minute ago to see if there was a difference or if they updated it at all. Still no update. :P Oh well. It'll come when it comes.

My Vista machine showed an update when I asked, my Win7 (which is the stable one) didn't.

Thanks for the heads up.

Well it finally showed the patch. :D I hope it helps out some people who've been experiencing problems. Was a pretty speedy delivery by Corel.

And the text bug spoken of here is gone. Haven't tried the one about GIF optimization.

My Win7 system is returning "no updates at this time" at both locations within PSPX3, and Corel does not have the update posted on the Updates page at their website.

I'm running XP and got the update by updating through the menu. No doubt it fixes some important bugs....but I'm still waiting for the return of the old organizer!!!! :D (well just kidding--sort of--I don't think Corel will give us back the old organizer...think we'll just have to suffer with this "improvement"!!)

Thanks for the heads up!
I had been running X3 pretty good (from a DVD install on my new Win 7 machine), until I tried to use the Digital Noise Removal tool which crashed it.
Two nights ago I got a reply from the Corel help team telling me to go through an exhaustive removal and re install of X3 with all startup programs, anti virus ,firewall, and services disabled.
Must have been one of those 'canned' standard replies!
Spent most of the night following their instructions to no avail, then I find the post here on the update last night.
Thank You, Thank you :D

After 4 attempts to update through the help menu it finally hooked up and downloaded.
X3 seems to have stabilized. Fingers crossed!
