At last we have your system details where they should be. Now I can see that although the minimum spec for VS x3 is 1Gb RAM the recommeneded is 2 or more. Also is your processor dual core? You might be a bit low on the spec to run this software smoothly.

A P4 is not dual core, but the Northwood processor 3.2 ghz, was top of the line in its day.

Where did that come from?
sounds to me like it is a video from a mobile phone rather than a camcorder.
Try converting it to something a bit more conventional with Super

But I think you will need to upgrade to use this software to it's full potential. Your system is below the Corel recommended specification level.
I too would like you to say where this video clip came from. That was the idea of getting you to give the detail requested in th "Please read before posting" thread which I'm sure by now you are fully familiar with!

The file came from:http://www.animationplayhouse.com/new/st_patricks1.html, Animation Playhouse.

I made my video successfully, The program basicaly works and is good. I know more HP would help, but this will do for now.
