Can VS x3 burn ISO files

Post by middlebury madness »

I downloaded VS X3 to see if I wanted to update. I need to burn an ISO file and was very disappointed to find that not only was I forced to use a menu and there did not appear to be a way to burn an ISO. Not everyone wants to use utube and ipods or make cheesy looking dvds with tacky music. It appears that corral is taking video studio and making it into a simplistic consumer product masquerading as a professional editing and the wonderful versatile product it had become. Sophisticated enough for the pro but priced for and easy to use for the beginner.

Despite its name VideoStudio Pro has never been a professional product and shouldn't be confused with one.

With that said, it was, and still is, a very good consumer (or even prosumer) product. However, if you looked at the forum a little closer you would have seen that there have been numerous complaints about the authoring part of X3. Enough so that Corel took notice and is working on a fix that should be released shortly.
