Are you using win 7 64 bit by chance?
their seams to be a problem for some users using 64 bit withe the JASC/corel thumbnail handler But bot productions
http://www.botproductions.com/pspthumb/index.html
do a 64 bit version .
Also if you don't see any thumbs not just PSP there is a setting in folder options, View, right at the top " show Icons never thumbnails2 Make sure its not checked .

Well I have the 32-bit version of Windows 7 and also cannot see rendered versions of my pspimage files after installing X3. And the always show icons option was the first thing I checked. Not there.
Of course I know exactly what I've named what so that's not a big deal for me. Regular images show perfectly well. It's only the pspimage files.

I have the same problem with the 64-bit version of Windows 7, and the BotProductions utility does not solve the problem. Did you try it on your 32-bit system?LeviFiction wrote:Well I have the 32-bit version of Windows 7 ...Regular images show perfectly well. It's only the pspimage files.
It is apparent the issue with lack of PSPImage thumbnails on some Windows 7 systems is something that fell through the cracks in the rush to get PSPX3 out the door.

I never even downloaded the darn bot version. Still didn't see a need but finally downloaded it just to check. It does fix the problem on my system...at least for now it does. Hoping it continues too though. Had to delete the thumbcache though. I saw that step on a previous post here in the forums and made sure to do that first.

Since posting this reply, I ran some tests on my Windows 7 64-bit system. I uninstalled the BotProductions PSP thumbnail handler and the Mystic PSD thumbnail handler, ran a registry cleanup, then reinstalled both. In Windows Explorer, I'm now getting thumbnails for PSPImage files and for the PSD files "saved as" from PSPX3. So, both of those thumbnail utilities are now working.
I also checked the PSPTubes folder, and I now have thumbnails there, too.
