I am trying Pro X3 and will purchase if it gives me the correct tools. I have no reason to believe it won't, but am dissappointed with the Help function, it isn't nearly granular enough for a novice like myself. Please direct me to tutorials, FAQs, Knowledge Base, or any other ink that will guide me through the process of combining JPEGs and audio clips to make a presentation that can be burned to a DVD for display on the average player.

X3 Tutorials
Of course, X3 is brand new so there aren't a whole lot of tutorials for it. However, although it may look a little different, it basically works the same as previous versions (except for the burning function). Therefore, you may want to check out the other tutorials.

There are some VideoStudio tutorials here :-
http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite/ ... 0317160694
which may give you a start.
There are also great number of VideoStudio Tutorials here :-

I appreciate you will not want to spend a lot of money as you are only evaluating VS but there are a lot of free tutorials and free previews of the 'paid for' ones if you just look around that website.
There are also a number of tutorials made by various people on Youtube, if you search for 'VideoStudio' on Youtube you will be presented with a good range.

When you went to the link I supplied you were in this forum's Video Products Tutorials section. There you will find many tutorials. Most are for earlier versions, but the basic ideas are the same. I would start out with the ones stickied to the top.
