I purchased this upgrade a couple of weeks ago. I have yet to burn a dvd.
This program is horrible. I'm glad I'm not the only one having these issues. I hope to get my money back as well.
I did email "tech support" the day of my download and to this day, I am still waiting for a reply.
I should have saved my money and stuck with MF3 which actually worked!

The one thing most of the folks on Ulead's forums don't do is to list what OS they are using,what the software enviorenment is(i.e. what file types the imaging software associates with) what their hardware configuration is and what they have done to try and fix the problem.(sometimes the attempted fix IS the problem.) All of these things can only help to iron out any problems. It's likely that the patch that corrected this particular post's problem was something that changed a few settings that should have been done during the install.
