There is no move or rotate feature, but if you place the picture tube images on a sepearate layer you can manipulate things better from there.
Size (scale) should be on the tool options pallete. Press F4 a few times when you have to picture tube active and you should see it appear and disappear a few times.

Thanks for that. .....How do I place one on a separate layer.Dissapointed to learn they cant be moved , rotated or resized easily .The reason for asking was that ,eg the glass of beer shows at all different angles as well as upright and the only way I could find to get an upright image was to undo and keep clicking until a tube displays that was the correct colour and upright.
Another issue is that when I select a tube another one shows, like selecting the hat and a lap top shows.
Sometimes after using a particular tool the pic tube icon does not show, is this normal. ..................Ken

Find the folder that your picture tubes are located, then open the picture tube file that you you need. Use the lasso or something to select the image that you want, copy and paste as new image. Rotate to where you want it, save it somewhere that you can grab quickly.
Picture Tubes to me are meant to just be random and fun. The only things that I know of that stay the same orientation are the fence and flames, but there could be more.
