editing text

after clicking apply to text on an image in PSPro X, is there any way to get back to that text to edit it

Use the Pick Tool (K), click on the text, then right-click and choose Edit Text. Works in version X2. You can also double-click the "A" in Layers.

Also if you have the text tool selected just hover over an actual letter of the text and the symbol will change from A to [A]. When that happens just click and it'll bring the text box back up.

Only if you created the text as a vector. If it's raster text, once you click apply its just a bunch of pixels from PSP's point of view.
