I need some help to better understand the extensive array of filters in VS 11.5 Plus. I've already searched the forum & read the few bits of information appearing in the manuals &/or online help. So far, I haven't been able to find any in-depth discussion of the subject; most of what I've found seems to be very basic & incomplete. For example, the manuals only address three filters. VS 11.5 Plus has dozens of them.
Although the interface & filter functions are some what intuitive, I would like to get deeper into the practical application & purpose of these filters. Is there information available some where that I'm missing?

I think the "purpose" of them can be anywhere from useful (color correction, anti-shake, etc.) to creative (most of them). Because most of them are on the creative end I don't think there can be a manual for their practical application.

Thanks Jeff,
I just found this helpful tutorial on video filters. Although my VS is 11.5 Plus, the tutorial was based on Pro X2. VS VS 11 only has 3 filters where Pro has 55 (as does 11.5 Plus).

I'm sorry. When you said practical application & purpose I thought you meant what filter to use in certain situations, hence my answer. I didn't realize you were looking for a tutorial for using filters.
