Duplicate Folders Created when PSP 7.04 starts

I have been using PSP7 for several years at home and at work. Recently a box popped up and I clicked before I read it. I am pretty sure this was the beginning of my problem. Now each time I start PSP the following folders are created on my Desktop: Brushes, Tubes, Textures, Frames, Gradients, Patterns, Shapes, and Styled Lines. These same folders are always in the PSP directory. If I delete all these folders from my Desktop and restart PSP they are put right back on my Desktop. I have removed PSP using control panel and installed it again. That did not fix the problem. Each time I start PSP the folders are created on my Desktop.
Has anyone experienced this before?
