Usual Manual for VS Pro X3

Post by woodchuck »

Does anyone know where to download a user manual for VS Pro X3. I purchased a boxed version of the software and was expecting a user manual (perhaps in pdf format) but there was none. :(

There is no User Manual/Guide. The only User Guide is found on-line, by clicking the User Guide button, which is round, has a down-arrow surrounded by dots, located in the upper-right corner, of the UI.

User manual for VS Pro X3

Post by Mysteron321 »

I cannot believe that you can have a software delivered to you
WITHOUT A MANUAL !!
Is this an attempt to force people to go online so that Corel`s servers
can check whether a user has been using a pirate (hacked) copy,
downloaded fro some dark infamous "alley" of the Internet ?
Does anyone know HOW you can convince Corel to make available
a goddamn .PDF user`s guide, so that we legitimate users of the
software can consult it, if we need to ?
Good guys always win

I agree that a manual should be available even if it is a downloadable pdf. I don't mind using the online help when needed but I also prefer a printed manual because my satellite broadband is very slow and not always reliable. I am fine without a manual for the editing part of the software because I have been using VS for quite some time. However for a new user it would be helpful to have a printed manual.

What I am really after is a manual for the authoring portion of VSX3 because it is completely different and not very intuitive.
