No Bonus material?

And one of the most confusing things about this whole process is, after my installation the registration and, subsequently, the Get More button appeared within a day or two and my content downloaded with no problem. That is, I am assuming a got it all.

So begs the question, why do some have no problems while others have nothing but?

My " get more button" worked and I DL all the content hope its all there.

At last the issue has been resolved! Once more call to tech-support did the trick. The agent simply suggested that I right click on the VSX3 shortcut and select "Run As Administrator". Upon doing so the GET MORE button was instantly available from the DVD Factory 2010 UI. Also worth noting, prior to this he DID say that if necessary the issue could be elevated to Senior tech-support and that links could be arranged. Dang, what an ordeal!

Looking at Accolades' screen shots, it looks like I got everything. One question though... could someone verify what categories of DVD menu should be available and how many templates in each?

This was noticed and reported to Corel by the Beta Team during Beta testing.
When Beta 2 was released I had the get more button immediately - no 3 day waiting period. On the other hand Ron and Ken both had to wait something like 2 weeks for it to appear.

At a later date on the same computer, I removed the Beta Version replacing it with the Full Public Release version - guess what .... I had no get more button and it was a couple of weeks before it appeared. It is possible that it "picked up" my earlier downloads from the Beta Version.

I checked with Corel and they informed me that the get more button only appears 3 days after the program has been installed. In addition it will only appear when there is something there to download, this explains why Accolades saw the get more button but it later vanished.

My Get More on the full X3 finally appeared after the 3 days. I downloaded everything and it disappeared. But it has just reappeared as I finally worked out a way of registering the product: now the Get More button is back with the Registration Bonus Pack on offer... Not sure what is in it, however...
