No Bonus material?

I'm afraid I don't have all the bonus materials.

Seems little to me.
My version has been installed for 10 days now and there's nothing for me to download.

BTW. It's totally annoying that I'm forced to use the Dutch version while I alwasy work with English language versions. Where can I change this?

Click on the Guide circle in the top-right, do you have the Get More and Do More buttons at the top? Are you running a Trial version or a purchased version? The extras will not be available for the TBYB (trial) versions.

Well, that's why I hate this Dutch version. I have "Controleren op Updates" which means "check for updates".

Tell me, the pictures that I've uploaded. Is this the total content for that function or just a part.

What are you having trouble comprehending? If you're aware of those threads, and read them, it should have answered your question. But no, you don't have all the content.

I have the same problem as Randazzo - No Content and no Get More tab.

Yes there are other threads with comments about the same problem but not solutions that help Randazzo or me.

In my case I installed onto Win 7 and after a few days the Get More tab appeared and I did manage to download some things before I lost connection and then the Get More tab no longer appeared.

I have tried reinstalling but still no Get More tab appears even after several days. I noted that the items I had downloaded had reappeared after reinstalling so that download must be stored somewhere on the PC but I can not find it to manually delete as I suspect that the Get More offer is a once only event.

I logged the problem with the Corel Support service but they are not responding. I need to resolve this before I lose the 30 day right to seek a refund. I suspect that other people have also not received the full product.

I bought Pro X3 and the promised $500 worth of bonus content as my family would use such templates. But it is not much fun only having 1 x Slideshow template to chose from as Randazzo has found out.

Does anyone have any solutions that we may try?

Have you tried clicking on the "Instant Project" icon and then clicking the little dotted wheel with the down arrow. This opens loads of new Style packages to download!

After starting an Instant Project there is still no 'Get More' tab appearing. The only projects available are 5 x Fun; 1 x HD Fun; 4 x Simple; 4 x HD Simple; 1 x Slideshow and 1 x HD slideshow.

On the main edit page I have 43 x Frames; 52 x Flash; 34 x Objects; 14 x Titles (should be more I think); 21 x video.

I did not download the trial, prior to purchase - just used the link provided, it did not need activating which I gather is the norm.

No firewall settings to prevent downloading that I can see - just using default Win 7 firewall settings and the free Microsoft Security Essentials for virus protection.

I purchased the boxed version of VS X3 and am having similar problems as most others concerning the "bonus" material. Right from the beginning I had the circle of dots with an arrow in the middle. However, when I click on it there is no Get More option. There is no Get More tab in the instant project window either.

After I registered my software I got an email with a link for free content. Using the provided link I downloaded the file entitled IncentiveSetup.exe. I ran this setup file and did not see any new content. I looked for new files where others have discovered them and could not find anything new.

When I looked at the properties of the exe file I noticed a check box that said "blocked". I cannot remember the text that accompanied this check box and I cannot remember ever seeing it before. I thought this might be the problem so I unchecked the box and re-ran setup. Well, setup said everything installed but there is still no new content.

It has only been 2 days since I installed VS X3 so I'll wait to see if any "Get More" shows up in a day or so. For those of you who have the IncentiveSetup.exe file you might want to check the properties to see if it says blocked. Don't know if this is meaningful but it might be worth a try.

I have the boxed edition and have not seen the incentive bonus that I downloaded after registration either , However the get more feature appeared the next day and I seem to have all the fonts and titles that were to be downloaded. Although since they don't really tell you for sure what the additional fonts are called cannot be sure. Just know that I have fonts that were not there before.
