"Drive Is Not Ready" Error With Movie Factory 2

For the past four or five days I have not been able to burn any DVDs using MF2 with my Pioneer DVR-105. Whenever I get to the burning stage, I get the message "Drive Is Not Ready". I've used MF2 for more than a year and this is the first time I've seen this error. No change in hardware here. If I use Nero instead of MF2 or Movie Factory SE, I have no problems with burning. I have applied all of the latest patches to MF2 so I can't imagine what has happened. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
