My first name is Jim. I'm a soon to be 61 year old retired military officer who got bored sitting around and went back to work. That was actually in 1991. My darling wife dragged me kicking and screaming into her line of work. She was a Realtor and was becoming so successful, I wasn't getting to see her much. So becoming her office manager and jack-of-all-trades let us remember what each other looked like.

One of my jobs was to photograph all her property listings and to maintain her website. I'd been using personal computers since the early 1980's and had done lots of film-based photography as a hobby since my days in high school. Digital photography and using a computer to edit and manipulate images was relatively new to me however.

Several years ago, I began to think about creating video walk-thrus of properties. That led me to VideoStudio, in several incarnations, and a bunch of computer upgrades trying to find "the machine" with the smash to handle the demanding task.

Well, now my real estate days are behind me and since my sweetheart went to her reward several years ago, it's just me and the cats. I continue to fool around with VS trying to master it's many capabilities.
