VHS to digital conversion

Has anyone successfully used an analog to digital converter with VS X2 and windows 7 to convert VHS tapes to digital? If so which one?

Hi,

I've used Canopus ADVC-110 succesfully.
(naturally the path goes through VHS -> DV and then using those DV-files in VS X2 to make mpeg-2 files)
