H264VDecHPDll.dll, version: 1.1.1.73 Exception 0xc0000005

Post by jkane6 »

Hello all,

I was wondering if there is a updated version of this dll, that does not get this exception

this happens when trying to edit a hd file using multi-trim, but seems to happen whenever i scroll though the video file,

the event viewer shows:

Faulting application name: vstudio.exe, version: 11.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x46e518ea
Faulting module name: H264VDecHPDll.dll, version: 1.1.1.73, time stamp: 0x46ce7b56
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0005e24c
Faulting process id: 0x8c4
Faulting application start time: 0x01caab7cc9341ba3
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 11\vstudio.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\MPEG\H264VDecHPDll.dll
Report Id: a1682c56-1770-11df-b35f-001fd02243ee

I am running window 7, videostudion 11 + plus, 11.5.0157.1 plus

Hd files are H.265, 24 bits, 1440*1080 16:9
29.970 frams/sec
variable bit rate (16800)
Double diital audio

48000hz 5.1
384 kbps

i think this exception is for a invalid input file, but it seems to happen to any file i choose:

camera input files came from Panasonic hdc-sd9

The final '1' on the version number indicates to me that you have not installed the final update pack, which from memory was called the Power Pack. You might want to try that.
