PSPX3 Bug: Missing thumbnail in native PSPImage format

1. Save a series of files in a folder in PSP's native format, PSPImage.
2. Go back to that directory to find one of those files or save a new one, and you'll find there are no thumbnails for the PSPImage files.

I just saved 3 files using X3 and images (translated from jpegs to PSP format) were in the file. I am using WinXP which may be the difference.
