Hi, I'm Tony, new user, my problem maybe old hat but it is currently 'my problem'.
My user name will give some indication of my age, therefor I have accumulated a lot of video over my early years. I am now attempting to transfer many of them to DVD using Video Studio. I am collecting great pictures but no sound.
I have purchased many 'video grabbers' all saying they collect both picture & sound.
I am using a l/top, Packard bell Easynote MV46-008..
It may be that I cannot do it with this technology, If so I'll have to pay someone to do it for me.
Thanks in advance for any tips.
PS.
System info.
Windows XP
Media Centre Edition
Version 2002
Service Pack 3
70GB Drive
4* USB2.0
Video Studeo 10
EasyCAP003 USB2.0 Video Grabber with Audio.
Is this info. adequate?
Tony.

There are many experts on this subject on this Board so you are sure of plenty of help. First though can you give fuller details of how you are capturing? What do you use as a USB connection? If so via what device? What version of VideoStudio are you using? Have you got the latest patches and Directx installed. Also can you complete your System details.
