That's not your serial number, just the "part number" of a PSP X English language disc.
The serial number will be on a sticker attached to a white card with blue printing. The card will be titled -
Corel
Product Authenticity Card.
The serial number will start with PR10.
A trial serial number for PSP X is PR10WTX-0000061-LUV. Your full version serial number will have the same basic form.
If you can't find the card, go to http://www.corel.com, and click the "Your Account" link at the top of the page. After you log in to the account, click the "View Your Products" link to see the serial numbers to any Corel products you have installed in the last few years.
