Installed my PI X3 on my laptop after upgrading to Win 7 Pro 64. Seemed to work fine until I tried to apply a special effect (any of them) from the Gallery. Tried to apply a texture to an image and it says "the plug-in effect is unavailable."
Any help or ideas? Did not have any install issues or such.
