I just installed Photo Explorer 7 in Windows Vista and when I run it, I get this error message: "Unable to read version information from the file C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead Photo Explorer 7.0\Pex.exe. Insufficient memory or system resources low.".
Can you help?

Is it a stand alone program or did it come with a different version of PhotoImpact? (try installing THAT version of PhotoImpact)
You could try running in Compatability Mode
