Saving to h.264 mov file

Saving to h.264 mov file

Hi,

I have msp8 and after editing a project, I need to end up with a h.264 mov file.

So far I have been capturing and saving as avi, editing and creating file as avi then using Quicktime to export it as a h.264 as per the specs my clients need.

Is there a better way? Maybe quicker or to keep better quality etc?
