can't center justify text

I don't see how to center justify text when I type a title. I am making a two-line title and it keeps left -justifying, even when I hit the space bar to move the second line over. I thought MF 3 center-justified automatically, and I thought MF6 would do the same. I hope there is a way to do this. Thanks.
