X2 requesting registry change when burning a DVD

Now that I have X2 repaird to burn DVD's..and so far it's doing so quite well, each time a burn a DVD, my security software, McAfee, pops up sometime during the burn and says X2 is requesting a registry change. I have been telling it OK to do so..before I let it always allow without be having to OK it, I'm wondering if anyone knows just what X2 is doing changing register just because I'm burning a DVD ?

I really wouldn't worry and just let it update. Programs will often update the registry to remember settings.
