VideoStudio Pro X2, Create Disc - Preview problem

When in Create Disc and having added a video file to the clip board the preview screen remains greyed out and the Preview function on the Next page will not work. On my previous version 11 the preview function works properly. I downloaded VS ProX2 as an upgrade but my download speed can be quite low (30-50 kb/sec). Could there be a problem in the installation? If so is it possible to re-install? Everything else seems ok other than when exiting (having saved my .VSP file) I get a message saying the programme is not responding and do I want to close. When I next start VS it asks if I want to restore my previous file- suggesting that it hadn't closed properly.

Please try updating your DirectX.

Many thanks. I followed your link and updated Direct X and Create Disc is now working properly
