This might work - it is an old trick I used when I wanted to carry a version of Microsoft Office around with me on a CD a few years ago.
In those days I did some computer programming at my workplace using the built in "Visual Basic For Applications" that was found in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel but the workplace computers were locked down by the I.T. Department. So the only way I could tweak anything at work was to pop a CD into the CD drive with a copy of Microsoft Office that could be run directly from the CD (Not installed on the computer).

When you see an error such as the above which relates to a missing DLL (Dynamic Link Library) file - then locate a copy from somewhere else.
This can be another computer or search the internet. When located place a copy of the DLL file in the installation directory of the program you are trying to run.

The next time you try to run it you will probably find that it is "missing" yet another DLL so you repeat the procedure (again and again) until eventually it runs.

Cannot guarantee this will work for you because you are using different programs and a more modern operating system than I was at the time (NT4 and XP) but you have nothing to lose by trying.

When it works have you searched your hard drive to see if that particular dll exists? the way it sounds at the moment a gremlin in your computer is eating your files!

Perhaps the file has not registered.

To register a dll or ocx file in Windows 7:
Click Start >Type in Search Bar:
regsvr32 <path & filename of dll or ocx>
Click Enter.

as of this writing software still working,i have reinstalled all software, and no conflicts.the only thing that must have caused problem was not software related,it must have been a virus that my anti-virus and anti-spyware did not catch.just glad to have everything working right again.
thanks for your help. 8)
