Files for uploading to Vimeo HD

Vimeo would like you to upload files in the h.264 mp4 format. They should be in 720p. That happens to be what my camera shoots. I have a Sanyo 1010. (I think that's the number.)

After I edit, I don't know what kind of file to chose for the best results to upload to vimeo. There is not a choice for mp4 h.264 in 720p. What do other people do?

Assuming you are using VideoStudio, and assuming your project settings are set to match the first clip (this can be done automatically in Preferences - Show Message When Inserting First Video Clip), when you go to Share>Create Video file choose Same As Project Settings.
