When Im using VS8 for editing or transfering, my CPU Usage goes to 100% and my PC go slow. What can I do? I look for virus or spyware and don't find anything...

I don't think there's anything wrong with the 100% CPU utilization in your case.
You wrote "transferring" -- if that's a DV transfer from a MiniDV camcorder to your PC in AVI format, then something is wrong. Otherwise, if it's an analog capture from a video card, or a capture in MPEG2 format, 100% CPU utilization would be quite normal.
The same applies to encoding. Usually PCs are CPU-bound, i.e. the CPU is the slowest component and therefore pegged at 100% while the hard drive may be idle at times.
